Safari Camp is unique – it is a fully mobile safari camp accommodating
a maximum of 12 guests which moves across the vast Serengeti as
it shadows the wildebeest migration. The camp is sited in an area
that has the greatest concentration of game or good access to that
game at the time of your safari with every possible comfort in the
depths of the African bush. Each group of clients who book into Serengeti Safari Camp have their own guaranteed private guide and 4WD safari vehicle.
The flexibility of this camp and the guaranteed private guide and vehicle give guests the best possible opportunities for gameviewing
probably in Africa as a whole. This is also the chance to experience
a traditional mobile tented camp which would normally be part of
a privately guided safari.
The perfect compliment to your stay at Serengeti Safari Camp is to visit the sister camp Nduara Loliondo - a mobile camp which moves between north and south Loliondo on the peripheries of the Serengeti National Park for walking, nightdrives and a greater emphasis on tribal culture. Nduara moves seasonally as weather and game conditions dictate and a safari spanning both these camps assures guests an ultimate safari experience. Nduara is an amazing camp consisting of 6 large yurts reflecting in its tent design the celebration of nomadic cultures from around the world.
Summary:
6 double tents with en-suite bathrooms with safari bucket showers and canvas washstands. Hot & cold water on demand. The camp changes location every 2 weeks to be within reach of the wildebeest migration.
