Lower Zambezi National Park –
Zambia
The
Lower Zambezi Valley is a remote, unspoiled region with stunning
scenery and abundant wildlife – scenic channels dotted with
water lilies and hippos, expansive views of the river & distant
Zambezi escarpment, the thrill of elephant and buffalo, along with
their friends & foes passing through camp all combine to make
a visit to Sausage Tree Camp an unforgettable experience.
Set
in a stunning location along the Zambezi River, this pristine safari
camp is owned and operated by Jason & Kelly Mott. The rooms are generously spaced along the Zambezi River allowing the elephants to amble inbetween. Wild, yet easily accessible, Sausage Tree Camp is just a 30 minute light aircraft transfer from Lusaka’s international airport – British Airways fly London Heathrow/Lusaka direct - and with so much to do ... gamedrives, walking, boating, canoeing, swimming, fishing and relaxing. There are not many camps in Africa that have so much to offer & are as easy to get to – if I could only spend a week in Africa in one camp, it would be Sausage Tree.
